Moore Landrey LLP represented Charles Tate in claims against an insurance company that provided his Worker's Compensation coverage. It was found that Defendant insurance company acted in bad faith by denying certain Worker's Compensation benefits to Mr. Tate. The judgment in favor of Plaintiff Tate was one of the largest civil judgments on behalf of an individual person in the U.S. in 2009.
