For over 22 years, Chris Bynum has applied his analytical, organization, presentation, persuasive, and deal making skills for the benefit of his clients who have goals that require legal guidance and counsel. Mr. Bynum began legal practice in Houston, Texas as a trial attorney with a boutique firm that represented governmental entities. Thereafter, he worked with two Houston mid-size firms working on commercial real estate transactions and business organizations. He served as a felony prosecutor for Jefferson County, Texas. He was a licensed Texas real estate broker for many years working in commercial real estate, banking, development, and investment. He earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation recognizing his accomplishments, experience, and education in commercial real estate investment, analysis, marketing, and portfolio management. He has closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions across multiple states and investment classes, including the U.S. Department of Defense, the City of Omaha, Nebraska, and other state and local authorities in addition to national investment groups. Mr. Bynum practices in the areas of commercial litigation, criminal defense, commercial and real estate transactions, and business organizations.
