Biography

Alan Sanders is a native of Southeast Texas who, having raised his family there and continuing to live along the upper Texas coast, is committed to meeting the legal service needs of his clients. While doing so not just within the minimum requirements for lawyers, but also with personal attention to and respect and concern for each client. Alan believes that his law practice should reflect the Golden Rule, so that he treats others the way he wants to be treated. That applies across the board, including quality legal work for an appropriate and fair cost.

After "going steady" with his now-wife, Myra, beginning in ninth grade, and being married two years after graduating high school in Orange, Texas, Alan and Myra are blessed with a wonderful family, including their three children and their respective spouse, and currently seven grandchildren.

In addition to being raised in a lawyer-family and having been a lawyer for almost forty years, Alan also believes in giving back to his community, and has served in leadership and supportive roles in many organizations after he graduated from law school in 1982.
