Stacie Augustine has developed one of the most prominent employment law practices in Southeast Texas. Ms. Augustine has successfully represented employers in the enforcement of non-competition agreements and has prosecuted and defended business disparagement and tortious interference claims against competitors. Ms. Augustine also drafts and reviews employment contracts, including non-competition agreements and employee handbooks. In addition, she represents employers in workers’ compensation proceedings and advises her clients on compliance with state law.
Ms. Augustine’s practice also focuses on probate/will disputes, business litigation and contract disputes. During her years of practice, Ms. Augustine has tried many jury trials to verdict, receiving unanimous jury verdicts. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Augustine drafts estate documents, business contracts and assists clients in asset purchase agreements.
