Cause No. B-134,751; Herbert Straughter, Jr. vs. Gaumer Co., Inc.; In the 60th Judicial District Court of Jefferson County, Texas. Moore Landrey LLP represented the injured Plaintiff due to a malfunction of the electric eye manufactured by the Defendant, which allowed bags of resin to continue moving on a conveyor belt at Goodyear, causing a bag to strike the Plaintiff, resulting in a lower back fusion. Jury verdict for the Plaintiff.
